为庆祝2024年国际妇⼥节，回应主题#激励包容，sHero于3⽉22日下午2点至5点在上海王小慧艺术馆成功举办SheSpeaks她说：展示女性声音的力量主题演讲真人秀与培训活动。

In response to International Women’s Day Campaign theme #InspireInclusion we have successfully hold the speaking and training event: SheSpeaks - Power of Women’s Voices on March 22 at 2-5pm in Shanghai.

但可惜的是，相比数量众多的著名男性演讲者，令人深刻的女性演讲者却少之又少，虽然越来越多的女性出现在了领导层。

让我们打破这样的刻板印象，让更多人听到激情澎湃、深刻睿智的女性声音，又能给那些站在演讲台上公开发言的女性以力量。

Public Speaking, an impactful way of communications, play an increasingly important role in social activities.

In comparison, majority are men, there are still few outstanding women speakers, though more women are holding leadership positions.

Let us break the stereotypes and invite more to hear from women speakers who are passionate and wise and empower them.

这是一次特别的活动，不是领导讲话也不是名人演说，自此开启sHero’每一位女性都能够成为出色的演讲者’行动计划。我们面向所有的公司，可以做专场，也将会继续在每一年国际妇女节举办赛事。
